These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of netbadel.com. By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these terms in full. 

About netbadel: 

netbadel is a local peer-to-peer marketplace operated based in, Ontario, Canada. The platform allows individuals within the community to list, browse, and arrange the sale or exchange of pre-owned items within their local community. 

Eligibility: 

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a seller account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. 

Seller responsibilities: 

As a seller, you confirm that all items you list are legally owned by you and available for local pickup or arranged delivery. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including photos, descriptions, pricing, and condition. Misrepresentation of items is grounds for immediate account suspension. 

Prohibited items: 

Certain items may not be listed under any circumstances. Please refer to our Community Rules at netbadel.com/rules.php for the full list of prohibited items and conduct. 

Transactions: 

netbadel does not process payments, hold funds, or act as an intermediary in any transaction. All sales, exchanges, and payment arrangements are made directly between buyers and sellers. netbadel is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction, including disputes, lost items, or fraudulent activity.

No guarantees:
netbadel does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality or condition of items, or the conduct of any user. All transactions are undertaken at your own risk.

AI Swap Evaluator:
netbadel provides an AI-powered swap value estimation tool as a convenience feature only. AI-generated estimates are based on general used market data and do not constitute a professional appraisal, a guaranteed value, or a binding representation of any kind. netbadel expressly disclaims all liability for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated estimate for any purpose. Buyers and sellers bear sole responsibility for agreeing on any swap terms. Use of this tool does not create any obligation on either party to proceed with a transaction. 

Account suspension: 
netbadel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, our Community Rules, or that engages in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.  

Content and intellectual property: 
By listing on netbadel, you grant netbadel a non-exclusive licence to display your listing content including photos and descriptions on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You may not list content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. 

Privacy: 
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](https://netbadel.com/privacy.php). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. 

Limitation of liability: 
netbadel and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from transactions between users.  

Changes to these terms: 
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of netbadel following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. ---
