What we collect?
When you register: your name, email address, and city/province. When you list an item: your listing details and photos. When a buyer contacts you: the inquiry is logged in our system to help resolve disputes.
What we do not do?
We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. We never display your email address publicly on the site. We never use your data for advertising.
How your data is used?
Your email is used to send verification, password reset, and listing-related notifications only. Your name and city are shown on your public seller profile. Inquiries are stored to help resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.
Your rights:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing netbadel.com/contact.php. Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days.
AI features:
When you use the AI Swap Evaluator, your item description is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. This data is used solely to generate a value estimate and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com. netbadel does not store your item description beyond the duration of the request. No personally identifiable information is transmitted as part of this feature.
