Is it FREE to list? 

Yes — creating an account and listing items is completely free. How do I contact a seller? Use the contact form on each listing page. Your message goes directly to the seller's email. They choose whether to reply.  

Is shipping available? 

netbadel is designed for local pickup — but nothing stops you from arranging shipping directly with the seller if they're willing. Simply ask through the contact form on the listing. 

How do I know the photos are real? 

Every listing requires real photos of the actual item. If something looks off, report it to netbadel.com  

Can I offer a different price? 

 If the seller has enabled offers on their listing, yes. Use the contact form to make your offer directly. 

What is a swap? 

A swap means trading an item you own for something the seller has. If a listing says open to swaps, contact the seller with what you'd offer in exchange. What is the AI Swap Evaluator? When a buyer proposes an exchange, they can request an AI estimate of the value of the item they are offering. The estimate is based on general used market data and is displayed to both buyer and seller in the inquiry. It is a reference point only — not a professional appraisal, not a guaranteed value, and not binding on either party. 

How accurate is the AI Swap Evaluator? 

The AI provides a general range based on typical used market values. It does not query live listings in real time. For current market prices, we recommend checking Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace or eBay. netbadel expressly disclaims all liability for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated estimates. 

Is my personal information safe? 

Your email address is never shown publicly. Buyers contact you through our form and you decide whether to respond. We never sell your data to anyone. 

What if a seller is unresponsive or fraudulent? 

Contact us at netbadel.com/contact.php. We review all reports and take action — including listing removal and account suspension. How do I delete my account? Email netbadel.com/contact.php with your request. We will remove your account and all associated data within 7 days.
